Items are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment, I will send a confirmation email to you acknowledging your order. 

I ship using USPS “First Class Mail” for all domestic transactions, unless you specify a preferred carrier. A tracking number will be provided and sent to you (the buyer) via email. Please email me prior to the order for any shipping upgrades so that I can make the adjustment on the PAYPAL or SQUARE invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges 

It is my hope that you will be delighted with your choice of items but, for any reason, if you are dissatisfied, please contact me within three days after receipt of purchase and I will gladly discuss with you the options of how to make things right. 

If there is damage during shipping, I will replace the item (as close to the original as possible) or offer a refund (less shipping costs), after I have received the damaged piece in return. Again, please contact me within three days of receipt.
